Born in 2021 during the global Coronavirus pandemic, Collective Crowd Management sets out to deliver crowd management and security services better.

Our founders have over 20 years experience in the crowd management and security industry, delivering thousands of events in Wales, nationally and internationally.

Over this time, a wealth of experience has been amassed in Live Music, Student events, Club nights, Festivals, Headline Concerts, Sporting events and Corporate.

Our priority focus on providing director-level, honest and effective account management to our clients, as well as our expert delivery, means we have the pleasure of servicing our clients on a repeat basis.

Our passion for making Collective a great place to work means we've amassed a diverse staff base of 100+, including 40% female and continually growing.
